Being a food lover, I always looking for some easy and healthy recipes for my sudden snack cravings. I prefer to make it in my own kitchen and customize many dishes according to my preferences. A microwave is the most convenient and easy cooking tool which is just appropriate to make delicious and easy recipes in a blink. Our super busy lives treat us with lots of difficulties, but with these super quick recipes you can boost up your mood anytime.


Macaroni with cheese:

A perfect stress buster, Mac and cheese is my all time favorite. In the oven, you can make it in just five minutes. Take a microwave proof bowl and take half cup macaroni pasta. Add 1 cup water and pinch of salt in it and microwave it for 2 minutes. After that bring out the bowl and add ½ cup of milk and sprinkle some amount of your favorite cheese in it. Then microwave it for more 2 minutes, add some oregano mix on top and enjoy.


Egg muffin:

Extremely delicious and healthy, egg muffins can be cooked in the microwave in just 2 minutes. For this, take an oven proof mug, add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon baking powder and baking soda, and a perfect amount of salt. Mix all the dry ingredients well and then add some egg mix, 1 tablespoon vegetable or soybean oil and some chopped onions and spinach in it. Mix it well and in the center of the mixture make a deep place and put one full egg in that. Microwave it for 2 minutes and enjoy an awesome delicacy.


Eggless chocolate mug muffin:

Enjoy this awesome dessert plus appetizer in five minutes without any hazards. In a microwave proof mug, take 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of all-purpose oil, some drops of vanilla essence and some choco chips. Give it a good mix and microwave it for 2 minutes. Enjoy anytime, try it with vanilla ice cream, it tastes incredible.


Masala corn:

Corn has various nutritional values, so, satisfy your sudden cravings with this 5 minutes masala corn recipe. Take a microwave proof bowl, take adequate amount of uncooked corn seeds and water in that. In a microwave, mode cooks it for 5 minutes, then bring out the bowl and drain out the excess water. Take 2 teaspoons butter, a proper amount of salt, black pepper powder, chat masala, chopped onion and green chilies(optional), mix these ingredients well and put the cooked corn seeds in it. Toss the mixture well and squeeze half lemon on the mixture, mouth-watering masala corn is ready to eat.
