Hey!! Wake up!!! It’s time to get ready and rush to the work. We go to work every day after taking a quick breakfast, do lots of work, take some quick lunch, then again get back to work and come home at evening, we feel exhausted and after some evening routine we take our dinner and go to bed and then repeat the same routine each and every day. You can not change the work structure or work routine, but you can train your brain to think little differently towards life. You just have to open the eye of your mind to discover the grace of God in every single activity in our daily life. We are forgetting to cherish our own lives, we just keep comparing our lives with others. But the fact is that no one can get the destiny of others, so, stop comparing and admire every bit of your own life. Train your brain to value tiny moments which are helping you to keep going every day, your small try of appreciation can bring happiness to many lives.

 

Set your priority first:

We all have certain goals in our lives, it’s very important to have goals in life because the goals are keeping us going every day. But in search of happiness, we sometimes forget our own priorities. If in search of real happiness you forget to smile, then what is the meaning of living such tough life every day. At the end of the day, we all are working hard to bring happiness into our lives. So, now train your brain to spread happiness and create good memories with your dear ones. Always remember you are not failing, listen to your mind and change the concept of failing.

It’s now or never:

Take a moment from your busy schedule, write down a note about all good things in your life. Appreciate small blessings and feel the positive vibes of those good words. Mention about sparkling blue sky, the colorful dress of your colleague, the roadside flower shop and the smile of your dog, then you will realize the true value of these tiny things of life. There is always something in your life for which you should be always grateful. So, live every breath.

Discover yourself:

Everyone needs a particular amount of time to discover himself/herself. So, find around twenty minutes of time in a day to discover your inner self. Unplug all scheduled things and be comfortable, practice meditation from the core of your soul. This twenty minutes will train your brain to think in an optimistic way. Regular practice will nurture your soul and make you a better and compassionate person.

 

Kindness has a superpower:

Use the god given superpower, kindness in your everyday life to be a positive person. Try to help people with small activities, and trust me you will get a heartful of happiness every time. So, make sure from next time you will help to pick groceries for an elderly person, or appreciate your apartment guard for his good work.

 

Life is truly wonderful, just you have to value every moment of it. We all lead busy lives, but trust me you can surely take out some moments of happiness by nurturing positivity. So, practice these small activities and train your brain to appreciate life.
